Return Policy
All hair has been inspected at both the factory and at Foxy Locks hair extensions. Our primary concern is that all our clients are completely satisfied with their item. Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. FoxyLocks hair extensions encourages you to allow your client to also inspect the hair before installing it. Once the hair has been removed from the packaging or installed in the hair, it is considered acceptance of the products and cannot be considered for an exchange or refund. If you or clients are not 100% happy with the extensions you must notify FoxyLocks hair extensions immediately . All returns or exchanges must be arranged within 14 days of delivery.
When you wish to return an item once it has been arranged with Foxy Locks hair extensions you must send it within 30 days of acceptance. All shipping cost are not refundable, unless we were at fault for shipping the incorrect goods. No refunds will be given until the item is received back and been inspected. As long as the goods are in their original condition, i.e not been removed from packaging ,tabs removed and then re- applied we will issue a refund.
For exchanges the same rules apply, but also you must enclose a pre paid self addressed satchel for your returned goods to be sent back.
